Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as account details, billing information, and the content you store in your workspace, as well as usage and device data generated automatically as you interact with the service.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide and maintain the service, process billing, offer support, keep the platform secure, communicate important updates, and improve our products. We do not sell your personal data.
Data sharing and processors
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate, such as hosting, payment processing, email delivery, and analytics, and only to the extent needed to deliver the service. These providers are bound by contractual confidentiality and security obligations.
Visit counting and your privacy choice
On public pages we count page views to see which pages are useful. We do not set advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not store your IP address. Page views are counted for this tab until you choose. If you choose "Remember this device", we store a random anonymous id in this browser so return visits from this device count once, and we record how you reached the page (referring site or campaign tag), your device type, and your language. If you choose "This tab only", we keep only a temporary id for this tab and do not store a lasting id or those extra details. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control we treat it as "This tab only" and do not ask. You can change your answer with "Privacy choice" in the site footer, which also deletes the anonymous id from this device.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion of your account data at any time.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Security
We use industry-standard technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and tenant isolation, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
